When configuring the Guarantor Maintenance window, I noticed the payer I wanted to choose is listed multiple times. How do I know which one to pick?

When configuring the guarantor maintenance window, you may notice the same payer name listed more than once under the CHC Eligible Guarantor drop-down. Best practices would be to choose the guarantor that has an 'x' at the end of the name. This selection will look at all affiliated guarantors through CHC.

If you come across multiple payer names and none of the selections have an 'x' at the end of the name, please refer back to the guarantor mapping excel sheet provided to you by Remarkable Health.

What is the best or easiest way to setup the guarantor configuration?

The best way to setup the guarantor configuration is to view the Guarantor Maintenance and Payor Maintenance windows side by side. The Payor Maintenance window can be filtered in different ways to help you best find the payor you are looking for.

When do batches run?

Batches run every evening at 9:00 PM AZ time.

How do I look for the all the eligibility checks that were run for a client?

To access the a client's historical eligibility check reports, pull up the client in Client Master (Client > Client Master > 270 button > History tab), click on the History tab. This will display all of the eligibility history.

How to I get alerted when an eligibility batch is ready?

You can set up CT|One to alert certain people based on the staff group via CT Mail when there are errors in the batch eligibility.
