Batch Posting Error Codes

The complete list of charge batch errors with their description and resolution steps are found under Billing > Claims Post > Charge Batch Post Error Codes. A more efficient one click access method allows for the opening of this window from within the Charge Batch. Right click on any line of the charge batch and choose the desired option.

• Display Line Errors:  Opens the Batch Posting Error Codes window filtered to only the error codes for the selected line. No need to scroll the entire list to find the errors you need to review.
• Display Error List:  Opens the Batch Posting Error Codes window with the full list of error codes.
