Print Client Progress Notes

Here are three ways to identify and print progress notes based on date ranges and/or other parameters. 

  1. Staff Home window
    1. Right click on a client from the Appointments or Active Clients tab and select Review Notes.
    2. Filter Options include:
      1. All Staff or Current Staff logged in
      2. History ranges
        1. Last 5,10, 20 or 30 notes
        2. Last 30, 60 or 90 days
      3. Progress Note status
      4. Diagnosis code
  2. Progress Note Search
    1. Billing > Progress Note Search
    2. Window presents with numerous parameter selections; including a text search option.
    3. Click Search.
    4. The progress notes present on the Notes tab.
    5. The notes can then be printed to pdf or an excel spreadsheet.
  3. Client Chart
    1. Select Review Notes button.
    2. Filter Options include:
      1. All Staff or Current Staff logged in
      2. History ranges
        1. Last 5,10, 20 or 30 notes
        2. Last 30, 60 or 90 days
      3. Progress Note status
      4. Diagnosis code
