Staff NPI Override

The Staff Master NPI Override window (accessed via Billing > Maintenance) has been updated to ensure all staff marked as a Supervisor show in the "Staff NPI" field.

• This window can be used to override the NPI used on a Claim in certain scenarios. Please reach out to your support specialist for additional support or questions.

Agency Form Builder - Pull Forward

The Agency Form Builder forms have been updated to ensure the Pull Forward functionality works as expected on Multiline Text fields.

Help Button

The following windows have been updated to include a help button that will navigate to the userguide on the Knowledge Base.

Kansas AIMS – Invalid Dates 

The Kansas AIMS State Reporting process has been optimized to ensure the process can complete if an invalid date field is captured. Historically, some of the forms used to capture AIMS data allowed for invalid dates which caused the AIMS process to not run correctly.

Kansas QMHP Statement Form 

The QMHP Signature section on the Kansas State “QMHP Statement July 2011” form has been updated with the following changes:

• A new field has been added to capture the “Name of Facility”. This will pull the Agency Name from the CT|One Master.
• The “(Telephone no.)” and “(CMHC address)” fields will pull the “Phone Number” and “Address” information from the Facility the user is logged in under.

Kansas Application for Emergency Admission March 2020 Form 

The signature section on the Kansas State “Application for Emergency Admission March 2020” form has been updated with the following changes:

• A new field has been added to capture the “Name of Facility”. This will pull the Agency Name from the CT|One Master.
• The “(Telephone no.)” and “(CMHC address)” fields will pull the “Phone Number” and “Address” information from the Facility the user is logged in under.

Kansas Certificate of QMHP July 2011 Form 

The signature section on the Kansas State “Certificate of QMHP July 2011” form has been updated with the following changes:

• A new field has been added to capture the “Name of Facility”. This will pull the Agency Name from the CT|One Master.
• The “(bus. Telephone no.)” and “(business address)” fields will pull the “Phone Number” and “Address” information from the Facility the user is logged in under.
