Charge Batch – One-Time Facility Rate Change 

The One-Time Facility Rate override feature has been updated to ensure the new rate is saved with the Charge batch until the time of post. Previously, the rate would revert to the original rate when the batch window was closed.  

Scheduler – Therapist Weekly Appointment Schedule report

The core “Therapist Weekly Appointment Schedule” report has been optimized to allow the standard print options (i.e. not limited to just print to PDF).

Core Bed Log Report 

The Core Bed Log Report has been updated to ensure only programs marked as Residential programs will show on the report. 

Agency Form Builder – Duplicate Form 

The process to duplicate a Form in the Agency Form Builder has been optimized to ensure questions with a list box are being copied. 

Program-Based Treatment Plan - Signatures

The signature configuration for Program-based Treatment plans (Configured on the Program Maintenance > Treatment Plan Program tab) has been updated to ensure the process respects expiration dates on the Signature Templates. If a template is expired, it will no longer be available to select.

Arizona State Reporting – Form Validations 

The Arizona State Reporting form “Arizona Demographics 2019” has been updated to include validations on the Calocus date and Score fields. These fields are only editable if the client is between the ages of 6-17. 

Kansas State “AIMS Adult 2020” 

The Kansas State “AIMS Adult 2020” form has been updated to include an “Other” text field for the Current Vocational Status field. 

Louisiana State “Behavioral Health Assessment (2020)” 

The Louisiana State “Behavioral Health Assessment (2020)” Form has been updated to ensure the signatures display as expected.
