Clinical

Client PHI Disclosure 

The PHI Disclosure History Report (accessed via Client Master > PHI Disclosure tab) has been updated to ensure the Address information prints as expected.

Smart Template – New Clinical Form Question

A new question type has been added to the Smart Template that will allow a clinical form to be added/accessed from within the Smart Template.
The new question type is "Clinical Form", selecting this will populate the "Option" field with all active clinical forms.

When completing a Smart Template with this question type:

  • There will be a grid to show the last 5 iterations of the form in the client chart.

  • You can double click a line in the history grid to view the previously completed form.
  • The link to the right of the history grid will add a new iteration of the form to the client Chart.
  • The flag "SmartTemplateClinicalFormPacketKey" will be used to determine the packet that gets added into the chart with the saved form.

State Specific

Illinois IMHC State Reporting 

The Illinois IMHC State Reporting process has been updated to utilize the Enrollment Worklog. This is used to work through edits on the forms before submitting the records.

Kansas AIMS – Diagnosis on Discharge Records 

The Kansas AIMS State Reporting process has been updated to ensure the process pulls the Diagnosis for a client even if the Diagnosis is expired on the same day as the AIMS form.

Arizona 10/1 State Reporting Update 

The Arizona State Reporting process has been updated to include the following changes to meet the 10/1/2020 state updates:

  • CALOCUS Date Field
  • CALOCUS Score Field
  • Additional values in the "Referral Source" and "Substance Use Type" fields.

Maine – MaineCare Forms 

The following new MaineCare forms are available for use:

  • "Section 28 Assessment"
  • "Comp Assessment Score - Report Only"
