UB04 Printed Claims 

The UB04 paper form submission process has been updated to correct a printing issue between the first and second service lines.

Claim Submit – Tabbing order

The Claim Submit window has been corrected to ensure the tabbing order thru the fields is accurate.

Performance Tracking Note – Printing 

An update has been made to ensure Progress Notes that use the Performance Tracking Note print as expected from the Review Notes and the Progress Note Search.

CT|One Toolbar – Load times

The Toolbar has been optimized to reduce the load time on initial login to CT|One and when the user toggles the toolbar to either the top of the screen or on the left-hand side.

Client Master & Staff Master – Agency form tab

The Client Master and Staff Master windows have been updated to ensure the Agency form builder tab no longer shows when the forms in Form Builder are expired. Please note, this tab only shows if a custom form was created for the corresponding window in the Form Builder.

Core Claims Research Report 

The core Claims Research Report has been updated to include the Descriptions of the Guarantors and EOB Codes when exporting the data to excel.

Client Master – Medicaid ID  

The Client Master has been enhanced to allow a Medicaid ID value greater than 11 characters. This was done to meet requirements in Louisiana and Ohio and is managed via a new flag.
Please follow these steps to update the allowed Medicaid ID length:

• In Flag Maintenance, search for the "LimitMediciadID" flag, set this to the number of characters that should be allowed in the Medicaid ID field (i.e. set this to ‘12’ if the Medicaid ID should be 12 characters).
• Once this flag is set, you can update the Medicaid ID via the Client Master > Guarantor tab > Medicaid ID field in the bottom left-hand corner.
