Progress Note – Changing Date of Service 

The Progress Note window has been updated to ensure the Place of Service list is refreshed and continues to be limited as applicable when the Date of Service is modified.

Re-Post to Guarantor

The Re-Post to Guarantor process has been enhanced to ensure the correct units are calculated.

Core Client Face Sheet 

The Core Client Face Sheet (accessed via the Reports dropdown on the Client Master) has been updated to pull the Guardian Address information if it is present instead of always pulling the Physical Address of the client.

Charge Batch – Rolling Guarantors 

The Charge Batch has been updated to automatically roll a service to a Secondary or Tertiary Guarantor if there are specific service limits per each Guarantor. i.e. if the Primary Guarantor will not cover service 100, but the Secondary Guarantor will, the process will automatically roll the Guarantor on the service to the Secondary Guarantor.

Smart Template – Minimize 

The minimize button has been enabled on the Smart Template.

Message Center

The NPS Survey has been added to the Message Center.
