About the Bells Documentation

The documentation can look daunting if you don't know where to look. Here are some tips to help you find things in the Bells documentation.

  1. The documentation is organized by how you access the features in Bells.
    • Introductory Bells documentation
    • What happens when you first access Bells such as registering and sign-in workflow
    • The left navigation bar in Bells
    • Each item in the navigation bar has its own article(s) to explain it in more detail
  2. Search the Knowledge Base for key terms; this will be features like drop-ins, expansions, progress notes etc.

Icons

Different EHRs require different behavior in Bells. When that happens I will indicate it in the Bells documentation using different icons.

 - Indicates CT|One EHR-specific behavior

  - Indicates myAvatar and myEvolv EHR-specific behavior

Terminology

Different EHRs use different terms to describe the same concept. The Bells documentation will use the terminology based on the table below.

Bells Documentation  CT|One myAvatar myEvolv
Service Type Service Type Service Code Services
Enrollment Enrollment Episode Enrollment

Rules of Thumb

  • Screenshots will be based on the CT|One EHR-specific behavior. I will do my best to call out any differences that pertain to other EHRs such as myAvatar and myEvolv.
