Client Search
Sometimes locating a client record when the last or first name is hyphenated or contains punctuation, such as O’Kelly, can be difficult. Staff may not always follow the agency policy for name entry method, or the client when providing their last name doesn’t include the spelling of the name or both last names. Entering the percent sign (%) in front of the name will help you locate the client.

If you still can’t find the client try these additional search options:

  • Enter only the first few characters of the name.
  • Reverse the first and last name.
  • Use one of the alternative search fields such as the Date of Birth.
