Agency Tab  

Did you know you can use Form Builder to add an additional tab on the Client Master and Staff Master? This allows for the agency to create custom data recording fields for the Client or Staff. For example if you offer sliding fee scales you could record the household income and number of family members on the Client Master. Maybe you would like to record staff production goals. To accomplish this select Client Master or Staff Master from the Form Type drop down of the Form Builder window. The creation of this form adds an additional tab named “Agency” to the Client Master or Staff Master.

Access:  Maintenance > Clinical Forms > Agency Form Builder > Form Builder
