Client Notifications

INTRODUCTION

Notifications will automatically send reminders to clients through email, text (SMS) message or standard call with a recorded voice / computer generated voice script, which allows the client to be able to confirm or cancel the appointment with the press of a key on their phone (e.g. Press 1 to confirm or Press 2 to cancel).

This document is designed to explain how to use this module. See the user guide entitled, Notifications Maintenance, for an explanation of how to setup and maintain this module.

Client Notifications – Allows management of Notification enrollment for a specific client (Client>Client Notification>Notification Maintenance)

This document will focus on how to use 3 areas for Notifications:

    1. Opening the Client Notification Window

    2. Adding a Notification to a Client

    3. Expiring a Notification


1.Opening the Client Notification Window

To open the notification on a client, open the Scheduler and click on an open staff time to add a new appointment for a client.

Find the client that you want to add the appointment and Notification for using the Client Lookup. You can also open an existing appointment to add a Notification.
