What do I do if I get a 'Can't connect to Scriptsure' error?

Essentially, this means what it says.  We can't connect right now.  Odds are good that you can retry in a minute or few and get in.  Scriptsure monitors their system to keep a high degree of uptime.

What do I do if I get a 'Correlation ID' error?

Our applications log errors when they are encountered.  If you receive an error message that has a Correlation Id, the number should be reported to Remarkable Health.  This is the unique identifier to the error and will help our team determine precisely the cause of your specific error.  When you encounter an error like this, please log a case and include the correlation id.

Example of an error with a Correlation Id:

What do I do if I get an error that looks like https://hornet.prod.rhoneapp.com/api...?

When an error of this type occurs, the RH dev team receives an alert.  So rest assured they've already been notified.  Typically, this means there is a brief network issue going on.  You can usually retry access and will be able to access EPCS again.  If the error persists, log a case and attach a console log from the browser (see steps below)

Example (note the url):

What do I do if I get a "Received invalid response from ScriptSure" error when trying to access ScriptSure?

https://platform.scriptsure.com/#/login. Go to users profile>Section 3 and verify user has the agency default practice listed. See "How do I add a new user" #7 to determine the default practice.

Getting a Copy of the Console Log for an Error

A good thing that helps troubleshooting is to get the Console Log from the browser when an error such as the errors above occurs.  This can be useful for troubleshooting errors encountered in Scriptsure or when getting one of the hornet-type error messages.

To do this:

  1. To show the console log
    1. Click the blue dot in the upper right corner of the browser
    2. Click on Show Log
    3. Scroll to the bottom
    4. Click Copy
    5. Open a text editor such as Notepad or Word
    6. Paste the log
    7. Send the log to Remarkable Health.
  2. To hide the console log again,
    1. Click the blue dot in the upper right corner of the browser
    2. Click on Show Log again to remove the checkbox.
