Will there be any disruptions to e-prescribing when implementing Scriptsure?
No, your Implementation Manager will work with your staff to set a go-live date and enable your system on that date for a smooth transition.
If you were previously issuing electronic prescriptions prior to using CT|One/Scriptsure and you receive prescription refill requests directly from the Pharmacy, there will be a 1-2 week window after go-live for your prescriber's unique identifiers to move from your prior electronic prescription software to CT|One/Scriptsure.
What do our Prescribers and other users/staff have to do?
All super users and others identified by your Implementation Manager will need to complete admin training prior to your go-live date.
All clinical users and support staff that either enter medications or allergies will need to complete prescriber training prior to your go-live date.
Any prescriber that prescribes controlled substances will also need to go through Identification Proofing with id.me. Don’t worry, as we are here to help and walk users through this process.
If there is a system error, what do we need to do to get prescriptions out?
Should you encounter a system error, please work with your Remarkable Health Customer Support Specialist to get this issue reported and resolved. Until a resolution is reached, you have the option to complete written prescriptions, if your state allows. If the error is due to the transmission with the pharmacy, you can print out the prescription for your client.
