Charge Batch – Posting 

The Charge Batch posting process has been optimized to reduce the time it takes to process/create the claims to provide a more efficient workflow.

Clinical

Progress Note Review Report 

The Progress Note Review Report has been updated to ensure the report filters and sorts by Fund and Fund Group as expected.

Smart Template – Single and Multi-Choice Questions

The Smart Template window, opened from the Progress Note, has been updated with the following enhancements:

  • Single and Multi-Choice question types now include a hover feature to show the full description of each response bubble
  • Single and Multi-Choice question types that also open an additional sub template now allow the sub template to be opened after the Note has been saved to review the data entry.

Expired Facility 

The following windows have been updated to now show an expired Facility with an"-EXP" at the end of the description:

  • Site Maintenance > Facility tab
  • Client Master > Auths tab > Standard Authorizations window

Home – Expired Residential Site 

Home Base has been updated to ensure Sites no longer show under the Residential section once expired.

Client Master – Agency Tab

An update has been made to the Client Master to ensure the Agency tab (created via Form Builder) does not appear to be editable before the user clicks the Edit button.

Scheduler – Refresh after Save

The Scheduler has been updated to ensure the schedule view is refreshed after an appointment is changed. Before, the user would have to manually refresh the view.

Report Path

The Reports window (accessed via Reporting > Process Reports) has been updated to display the report path of the highlighted reported when using the search functionality in the report.

Progress Notes and Group Note Module – Update

The Progress Notes and the Group Note Module have been updated to have a more modern look and feel. This includes flattening the windows (removing the boxes within boxes) and adding a fresher look throughout.
