Progress Note – Place of Service

An update has been made to the Progress Note window to ensure the Place of Service list refreshed appropriately for the service selected. Previously, in certain scenarios the Place of Service list would not refresh if the Service Type was changed.

SARP Note Type – Copy Last 

An update has been made to the core SARP Note Type to ensure the data pulls forward when void/copy last on the progress note.

Signature Templates 

The Signature Template Maintenance has been modified to remove the Signature Template from all Progress Notes and program-based Treatment Plan configuration when it is expired.

1. On Save when expiring a Signature Template, the user will be notified that the selected template the user is expiring is in use on certain Progress Notes or program-based Treatment Plans. If the user wants to continue in expiring the template, the system will remove the Signature Template from the Progress Notes/program-based Treatment Plan configuration.

Additionally, The program-based Treatment Plans have been updated to respect the Effective and Expiration Dates of the Signature Templates. Previously, the form would continue to use the Signature Template after it had been expired.

Restricted Client on Residential tab Staff Home

The Staff Home has been optimized to ensure all Client information on clients with restricted access does not show on the Residential tab of the Staff Home.

New ePrompt Parameter 

A new ePrompt parameter "Sys Packet create date X days ago from today - Days ago" has been created to alert based on the Packet created date instead of using the Date of the Packet as it shows in the chart.
