Guarantor Maintenance – EOB Action codes 

The Guarantor Maintenance has been updated to ensure the EOC Action Codes selected save. Previously, in certain scenarios when completing these fields on new Guarantors the information was not saving.

Payment and Adjustment Post Error Report 

The Payment and Adjustment Post Error Report (accessed when posting a Payment & Adjustment Batch with errors) has been modified to ensure the data is displayed appropriately.


Clinical

Diagnosis Update (2015) Form

The Diagnosis Update (2015) form has been enhanced to ensure default display on the form only shows the active diagnosis codes based on the packet date.

Level Of Care Utilization System Form 

A new version of the Level Of Care Utilization System forms has been released to correct some of the calculations on the LOCUS Derived Level of Care Recommendation field. The form name is “Level Of Care Utilization System (April 2020)”.

Client Contacts – Care Team Member 

There is a new “Care Team Member” field on the Add Client Contacts window (access via the Client Status > Client Contacts tab. This provides a way to indicate the contacts that are part of the clients Care Team.



County Maintenance 

Additional validations have been added to the County Maintenance window that will ensure the following:

  • The Code, Description and State fields are required.

  • A new County cannot be added with the same Code as an existing County with overlapping effective dates.

A new County cannot be added with the same Description and State as an existing County with overlapping effective dates.
