Core Windows
We have started the process of updating the color scheme and naming convention throughout the Core windows. We have focused on updating the Client Master, Staff Home, Client Chart, Reports Module, Client Remarks, Medication Module and the Scheduler windows. Additional windows will be updated to the new color scheme and naming convention in future releases.
Medication Report
A new report has been added to the Medication Module (accessed via the Rx icon). The new “Current Meds Detail” report shows the Prescription, Strength/Dose Form, Prescriber, Start Date and Instructions information for the Agency and External medications.
Arizona State Treatment Plan
The Arizona State Treatment Plan form has been enhanced to include a “Presenting Problem” field.
Overlapping Hours Report By Staff
Update to the “Overlapping Hours Report By Staff” to ensure the data is pulling correctly.
Medication Module
The Medication Module has been enhanced to ensure the history of the scripts on a medication display appropriately.
Toolbar Toggle
The Toolbar has been enhanced when the user toggles it to display on the left side of the CT|One system to ensure the user can scroll in the toolbar if all the icons do not display.
Note Audit
The Note Audit Review process has been enhanced to ensure Auditors that have Client lookup restrictions are not able to open notes for clients they are restricted from.
Residential Medication Monitor
The Residential Medication Monitor (accessed via Clinical > Residential Medications > Res Client Meds) has been updated to ensure when selecting “As Needed” the occurrence buttons do not display as designed.
Scheduler Report
Updated the scheduler window to ensure when a therapist is double-scheduled the system shows the multiple appointments under one Staff. Previously, the system would duplicate the Staff entry to display the multiple appointments.
