Billing

Quick Notes – Voiding Billed Notes

The Quick Notes process has been updated to respect the "BilledNoteVoidNotAllowed" flag functionality. This flag will limit what staff can void a Note that has already been billed.

Clinical

ePrompt – Medication Question

A new ePrompt question has been added to work with the new Medication process with ScriptSure. This question is under the Medications section and is titled "Current Medications 2022".
** Please note, if you still need to have alerts on the legacy medications, the existing "Current Medications" question should still be used.

Core Smart Template Note – Print Out

The printed report for the Smart Template Note Page has been updated to allow more spacing towards the end of the form to ensure the Signature doesn't overlap with any of the Note text.

ScoreTrak – Print History Report

The ScoreTrak Print History report (accessed by right-clicking a Test Result on the History tab of the ScoreTrak Module) has been updated to pull the Test Date in the header.

Core BIRP Note

The Core BIRP Note template has been updated to remove some extra spacing on the printed form that was causing an extra page to print in certain scenarios.

Client Chart – Appointment History

The Appointment History window (accessed via the Client Chart > View > Appointments) has been updated to no longer pull the Show Status of an Appointment from a Voided Note.

Staff Master – Signatures

The Staff Master Signature process has been updated to correct how data was being saved in the tables.





State Specific

ME Treatment Plan – Expired Dropdown Options 

The ME State Treatment Plan has been updated to ensure only the active values show in the dropdowns.

IL HRA – RIN Refresh 

The IL HRA Assessment form has been updated to include a refresh button on the Client Information section to re-pull the RIN Information from the Client Master > Medicaid ID field.
