Expired Staff Information – Enhanced  Workflow

The  Expired Staff Information window has been updated to provide a quicker workflow to address the outstanding items for the leaving staff. This window shows the outstanding items the leaving staff should complete or be removed from. This window opens by adding a Discharge Date to the Staff Master record and clicking save.

The changes include the following:

Note Audit tab  

• Double-clicking a Staff in the Staff Master Review Note box will open the selected Staff  Master with the Staff selected already to simplify removing the staff from the Note Audit.
• An "Edit Staff Maintenance" button has been added in the bottom left corner of the box that will open the Staff Master window. This allows the user to lookup multiple staff to remove the leaving staff as appropriate.  
• Double-clicking a Staff in the Staff Group Review Note box will open the Staff Group  Maintenance with the Staff Group selected already to simplify removing the staff from the Staff Group.
• An "Edit Staff Group Maintenance" button has been added in the bottom left corner of the box that will open the Staff Group Maintenance window.  This allows the user to lookup multiple Staff Groups to remove the leaving staff as appropriate.  
• A refresh button has been added in the bottom right corner that will refresh the data in the grids.

Home Base – Notes To Review 

The  Notes To Review tab on Home base has been updated to retain the sort of the data as the user opens/works the Notes. This provides a more efficient workflow for the staff to review the Notes.

ScoreTrak – Misc. Enhancements

The  ScoreTrak Module has been updated with the following enhancements:

• Test Results window has been updated with the following  changes: 
  • The default height and width of the question lines have been updated to be shorter and wider to provide a better data entry experience. Additionally,  the question lines have also been updated with the ability to resize the lines in the grid if needed.
  • The tabbing order has been updated to allow the user to tab through the fields correctly.  
  • The window will also open with the first question at the top of the grid as expected.
• Test History tab has been updated to ensure the results show with the + expanding icon as expected.

Agency Form Builder Forms – Form  History

An update has been made to Agency Form Builder forms to show the form history more accurately in the Client Chart Form History. This can be viewed by single clicking on an Agency Form Builder Form in the chart, then clicking on the "Form History" sub-tab on the right-hand side of the Chart.

Core Progress Note Hour Detail 

The core Progress Note Hour Detail report has been updated to only show the guarantors that were active as of the Date of Service for each note. Before,  this was showing all active guarantors during the From and Thru Date parameters.

ME Treatment Plan – Printed Form

The  Maine State Treatment Plan has been updated to correct a printing issue in the "Are there any physical and/or environmental barriers that impair/limit your functioning" question.
