Billing

 

Claim Create Rule Engine – Monthly Rollup Rule

The Monthly Rollup Rule on the Claim Create Rule Engine has been updated to ensure the process is splitting claims when the Authorization changes for the month

Claim Submit Batch Summary Report

The Submit Batch Summary report (accessed via Billing > Claim Submit > Submit Claims > Run process) has been updated with the following changes:

  • Remove the "Type of Service" label from the top section. This was not corresponding to any of the data shown on the report.
  • Update the "TOS Total" label to read "Total".

Claim Submit Report – New Sort 

The Claims Submit Report (accessed via Billing > Claims Submit > Submit Claims) has been updated with the option of sorting the Claims first by Client, then Service Start Date. This is done by selecting the new sort option of "Client, Start Date" in the Submit Report Sort field.


Clinical

 

Schedule Summary Report 

An update has been pushed to the Schedule Summary report to ensure clients are not duplicating in the export process.

Smart Template - Vitals

An update has been made to the Vitals button on the Smart Template to ensure the associated ScoreTrak test opens when clicking the button.

Client Status – Level of Care

The Client Status form has been updated to prevent an expired Level of Care from being saved.

** Please watch for a future release to fix the issue of all expired options showing in the Level of Care field. 

Authorization Report Active Client V2 Report

The core Authorization Report Active Client V2 report has been updated to include a new Program sort option when running the report.

Home Base – Staff Progress

The Staff Progress tab on Home Base has been updated with the following changes:

  • Add a new Staff Supervision Chart button: This will open the Staff Employment Chart.
  • Updated the existing Staff Note button to change the label to Add Staff Supervision Note.
  • Added a new PIN button: This will open the PIN reset button.

Performance Tracking – Goals without an Objective  

The Performance Tracking Note page has been optimized to show "Not Applicable" in the Objective Column if the Client Goal does not have an active Objective for the Date of Service.

Smart Template Transcription – Date-Time stamp 

The Smart Template transcription on Progress Notes has been updated with the ability to disable the "Date-Session Time" stamp at the top of the Transcription. 

This can be disabled per Service Type by setting the new "Display Service Date/Time in Transcription" to "No" on the Prog Note > Options 2 tab in Service Type Maintenance.

Initial Admission Status - Referral Dropdown Maintenance 

The Referral Dropdown Maintenance window (accessed via Maintenance > Referral > Referral DropDown) has been updated to include a new tab for "Initial Admission Status". This is used on certain Referrals to capture the client's Initial Status at the time of admission.

Please note, the Initial Admission Status field is available on the Core Referral form by setting the flag "CoreReferralShowInitialAdmissionStatus" to True. This will display on the Disposition tab.

Maine ME Treatment Plan 

The Maine “ME Treatment Plan” has been updated to ensure the Signature button is active on Treatment Plans in a future-dated Packet.

Arizona DUGLess State Reporting 

The Arizona DUGless State Reporting process has been updated to ensure clients that do not meet the CASII and CALOCUS reporting age requirements are sending the default values for each field correctly.

Maine “Licensed Assisted Housing Program Standard Contract” form

A new Maine State form "Licensed Assisted Housing Program Standard Contract" is now available.
