CMS Place of Service Changes

Due to update from CMS, the following changes have been made to the Places of Service in CT|One:

• Validation has been added on the Place of Service Maintenance window to not allow new duplicate Place of Service values based on the Code. (Example: If there is an active 02 Place of Service code in the system and the user tries to save a new 02 code, an error will present preventing the user from saving duplicate codes.)
• The description for the existing 02 Place of Service has been updated to the new CMS Description "Telehealth Provided Other than in Patient’s Home".
• Any missing Place of Service codes from the CMS list has been loaded as inactive in CT|One.

eLabs – View Results

The eLabs process has been updated to ensure the Lab Results open as expected via the right-click > View Results process.

ScoreTrak – Question Text

The ScoreTrak Test Results window has been updated to ensure the full question text shows.

Progress Note Review report – Voided Notes

The core Progress Note Review report has been updated to ensure voided notes are counted appropriately.

Performance Tracking Note – Expired Long Term Goals 

The Performance Tracking Note has been updated to ensure Long Term Goals don't show in the grid on Notes with a Date of Service after they are expired.
