Clinical

Progress Note – Changing Service Type

The Progress Note has been updated to ensure when changing the service type between two services that use the same Note Page, the data on the Note Page will not clear out.

Authorization Warning – Level of Care

The Authorization Warning process that can be used on Notes or Appointments has been updated to ensure the Level of Care of a client is taken into consideration when matching to the Billing Matrix if applicable.

Client Access Limits – Alert Update

An update has been made to the Limit Client Access Alert process to ensure no alert is sent if only the gender of the client matches a client that has limited access.

Form Signature Agreement Text

The Signature Agreement Text on Forms has been updated to allow up to 5,000 characters. This is commonly used to add agreement text to a signature.
This is set up on the Forms Maintenance > Signature Authorization tab > Double click a signature line > "Agreement Text".

Medication Log Report

The Medication Log report has been added to the Reports menu in Client Medication History. This log allows you to retrieve a client's entire medication history, sorted by medication name or date. This is especially useful to see the detail of medications prescribed prior to the migration to Scriptsure. The report can then be printed/exported.

Client Medication

In Client Medication History, the medication name now displays on the right side of the data grid as well as the left to make it easier to determine which row goes with which medication when you scroll the data grid.

Smart Template - No Medication checkbox

A 'No Medications' checkbox has been added In Smart Templates and Client Medication History. When medications are prescribed, the checkbox can no longer be checked.

Kansas State Specific

Progress Note – Changing Service Type

The Kansas AIMS State Reporting process has been updated to allow the user to double-click on a form in the Enrollment Worklog and mark the record to not submit. The Enrollment Worklog is accessed under the Enrollment/Admission menu > Enrollment Work Log.
