Unsubmitted Claims Errors

All claim unsubmitted error codes and their resolution steps can be accessed from Billing menu:  Billing > Claims Submit > Claim Submit Error Codes

532  Leading space in one of the following for client: address1, address2, city, state, zip
545  Invalid character found in Address 1 field in Client Master
546  Invalid character found in Address 2 field in Client Master

All three of these errors indicate an issue with the client’s address entered in their Client Master, leading spaces and special characters/punctuation such as the # or a period are not allowed. 

  1. Open the client master.
    • F10 shortcut key


  • Client menu > Client Master
  1. Click Edit.
  2. Review the client address lines;
    1. Remove any spaces in front of the text.
    2. Remove any special characters and/or punctuation.
  3. Click Save.

612  Missing Client Guarantor Record
Review the Client Master record to verify the client has a guarantor entered and that the effective date covers the date of service. Open the client master using the F10 shortcut key or through the Client menu > Client Master

No Guarantor

  1. Click the Add Client Guarantor button.
  2. Enter the Guarantor record.
  3. Click Save.

Incorrect/Missing Effective Date

  1. Double click the guarantor line.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Correct/Enter Effective Date.
  4. Click Save.
