There are multiple available Active Client List reports that can be used to capture client data. The first three reports By LOS, AHCCCS, and CASII will display a full description of the report layout in the right hand column. The remaining five Address, Clinical, Insurance, Last Service and Phone have additional selectable report parameters. The produced report will be grouped as indicated in the report title. Each report is available as a summary (count) or detail (individual client lines). Exporting a report to Excel offers additional client data elements that can be included on the finished report.
