Signed and Unsigned Note Reports

Two of the most useful reports in your repertoire within Bells are the Signed and Unsigned Note Reports.

These reports display all of the signed and unsigned notes you can access.

  • Bells administrators can see all signed and unsigned notes across the organization in these reports.
  • Supervisors can see their signed and unsigned notes as well as the notes for the their direct supervisees.
  • Everyone else can see their own signed and unsigned notes.

Signed Note Report

The Signed Note Report is great for Bells Administrators and Supervisors to review completed notes in Bells across their staff.

Non-Administrator/Supervisor users can use this report to review signed notes.

The Signed Note Report includes filtering which allows you to customize the data you'd like to review based on date of service or the author of the note.

Clicking a note in the grid allows you to preview the note.

For more information on the Signed Note Report, check out the Reports article.

Unsigned Note Report

The Unsigned Note Report allows you to see what notes are late or need to be completed.

Keep an eye out for the orange triangle - these indicate your note is late! Your Bells administrators have configured the appropriate timeframe for when Bells indicates your note is late.

You may notice this report doesn't include the ability to filter the date - this is by design, it is a real-time list of incomplete notes for you to review.

Your administrator may have also configured for Bells to email out an Unsigned Note Reminder for late notes across your organization. This can be configured to go out on weekdays only, daily, once a week or once a month and will only send out if you have late notes in Bells.
