CT|One provides a full description of resolution steps for all CT|One billing error codes. Your agency may have additional specific workflow steps or instructions, these steps and instructions can be added to the error  resolution window.

Access:  Billing > Claims Post > Charge Batch Post Error Codes

               Billing > Claims Submit > Claim Submit Error Codes

  1. Click on the error code to select.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Enter your agencies steps/instructions in the Agency Comments section.  
  4. Click Save.
