Why don't I see all of the client medications in CT|One?

On the Client Medication History window, click Show All.

Why aren't my client's medications showing in Scriptsure?

There are several potential reasons a medication doesn't sync from CT|One into Scriptsure.

  1. Is the Staff's external id configured in the user profile in Scriptsure?
  2. Look at the medication status in CT|One.  Does it have a red icon and status indicating that it couldn't sync with Scriptsure?

Why aren't my client's medications or allergies syncing from Scriptsure back into CT|One?

There are several potential reasons a medication doesn't sync from Scriptsure into CT|One.

  1. Is the Staff's external id configured in the user profile in Scriptsure?  An Administrator can confirm the external id is correctly configured in Scriptsure.
  2. Did you prescribe the medication outside of CT|One, such as directly via a Browser?  Only medications for CT|One patients prescribed by accessing Scriptsure via CT|One will show in CT|One.
  3. Is the client's prescription awaiting approval?  If so, when the approver accesses the client in Scriptsure and approves the medication, it will update CT|One.
  4. Do you need to refresh the Client Medication History window?  The window does not always automatically refresh when Scriptsure closes.  Close and reopen the window to refresh its contents.
