Billing

Claim Submit – Submit Report Sort 

The Claim Submit process has been optimized to ensure the "Client, Start Date" option from the Submit Report Sort dropdown includes the subtotal by Client.

Core Client Statement Report

The Core Client Statement Report (accessed under Reports > Client Statements > Client Statement - Detail) has been updated to ensure the Claim information is printing as expected.



Clinical

Diagnosis Update – Justification scroll 

The Diagnosis Update form has been updated to enable the scroll functionality in the "Justification" field without clearing the signature. This field is accessed by double-clicking a client diagnosis code.

Active Client Report – Ethnicity 

The Active Client report has been updated to ensure the Ethnicity information shows as expected.

Client Status - Level of Care 

The Level of Care field on the Client Status form has been updated to no longer pull in expired Levels of Care.

Home Base

The Home Base module has been optimized with the following enhancements:

  • Active Clients tab has been updated to include the right-side navigation buttons like the Agenda tab.
  • A new "Reports" dropdown has been added to the top right corner.

CT Mail – Remove Expired Staff 

The CT Mail module has been updated to no longer include expired Case Managers in the Staff Select window.

Progress Note Search – Note Source 

The Progress Note Search window has been updated with a new field to filter by the source of the Note. This gives the ability to see if a Note was generated from Mobile, Bells, or within CT|One.

CT|One Master – Fax Number

The CT|One Master has been updated to include a Fax number field.



State

Arizona Youth Crisis Plan - Date

The Arizona Youth Crisis Plan Form has been updated to ensure the date in the header of the printout is pulling the Packet Date.

Illinois MH Registration Form 

The IL CANS Assessment form has been updated to ensure the "RIN" field is pulling directly from the Client Master > Medicaid ID field on all new forms.

Maine DHHS OADS Reportable Event Follow Up Form 

The "Agency Filer/Contact Details" section has been added to capture this information for agencies where the staff completing the Follow-up form are also the staff that file the Reportable Event.
