CCBHC Claim Create Rule – CCBHC KS Billing

A new “CCBHC Linked Claims” Rule has been added to the Claim Create Rule Engine, this is currently built to meet the KS State-specific needs for the CCBHC billing. This is still being tested and is not ready for use across the board.

Procedure Code Maintenance – New Alert 

The Procedure Code Maintenance has been updated to now alert users when editing a Code that the changes made will be reflected on all historic Claims and Authorizations.

** Please note, it is best practice to expire and add a new Procedure Code if the following fields need to be modified to ensure the history is respected:

-          Procedure Code, Description, Modifier 1-4, Place of Service

Core Progress Note Summary Report – Extra Spacing

The core Progress Note Summary report has been updated to remove extra space between the staff's first and last names on the report.

Home Base – Notification tab

The Notifications tab on Home Base has been updated to clear the Client Name parameter when new date parameters are searched.

Home Base – Group tab

The Group tab on Home Base has been optimized to correct some button colors to match the appropriate color scheme.

IL State HRA State Reporting – RIN Field Edits

The  Illinois HRA State Reporting process has been updated to include edits on forms when the RIN field is not completed or is not in the correct format on the form. This will prevent these records from being submitted until the RIN field is completed on the forms.

LA State Treatment Plan – CT Copy Paste Utility

The LA State Treatment Plan has been updated to allow the CT Copy/Paste utility to work on all text fields of the form.

KS State SUDS Forms – Client Type field

The Kansas SUDS forms have been updated to ensure the appropriate values show in the "Client Type" dropdown on the forms.
