How does Bells sync over users/staff?
Users/Staff sync to Bells in a variety of ways.
- Practice-level data gets synced once a day overnight. This is data that isn't specific to any user or patient. Data such as Programs, Service Codes, Groups, and Locations.
- Users are synced when they login, unless they had been synced within the last 3 hours already. This includes their name/demographics, Care Team, and appointment agenda.
A sync for a user can be manually triggered in User Management.
When I go to sign-in I see multiple organizations listed!
If your username matches the username of another user for Bells, you may see multiple organizations listed for you on the sign-in display.
You must select your correct organization, Bells will remember your selection moving forward.
