Patients

How long will it take to load 6,000 - 8,000 Patients?

Loading will be instantaneous.  You are presented with pages of results.  Moving from page to page retrieves the next set of patients.

How are Patients synced to Bells?

  • Patients are synced whenever their chart is opened, or if the Start Note dialog is opened, unless they had been synced within the last 3 hours already. The patient's chart displays when the last time their sync occurred in the top right area, and also mentions details about what data may have not synced successfully.

Do all patients entered into CT|One show in Bells, or only the active patients?

All patients flow into Bells, but only active patients should display in search results.  You can find inactive patients in the main patient list.

Is there a way to automatically set every internal organization contact as a member of the Care Team?

We can definitely bulk set the Care Team Flag for patient contacts.  Please contact your Remarkable Health support team for more info.

Is it possible to exclude a list of patients from the Bells sync?

Yes, Bells uses the Staff Patient Exclude list from CT|One.

I'm not seeing all my patients when I filter for My Patients.  How can I see them in Bells?

Bells associates staff with a patient in one of two ways:

  • The staff is assigned as the managing therapist/clinician for the patient via the General tab on the client status form.
  • The staff is marked as part of the patient's care team on the Client Contacts tab of the client status form.

Is there an Access Log to review which Staff looked at which patients?

Yes, any time a patient is opened, the event is logged.  We don't have a report for it yet, but rest assured the information is logged.

My Patient's name looks weird! I see a bunch of other text and it varies from patient to patient.  What's going on?

Bells uses the AKA field from the Client Master in CT|One when displaying the patient name. The format is first name + middle initial + (aka) + last name

For example, if patient Melanie goes by the nickname of Mel, when Mel is saved in the AKA field in the Client Master, it shows in Bells as this:

Some organizations store all sorts of information in the AKA field, such as relative names, phone numbers, or email addresses.  This will make your patient name in Bells display with unexpected text. For example, if patient Melanie has her mother's email in her AKA field, Melanie's info shows in Bells as this:
