CT|One and Bells
How quickly does data entered in CT|One (such as a new patient) get synced to Bells?
Bells syncs your data almost immediately so that Bells is constantly updated with your CT|One information.
My enrollments in Bells don't match the Program Enrollments I see in CT|One. What's going on?
Take a look at your programs to see if they have subprograms. If the patient's enrollment is mapped to a subprogram that is also mapped to a different parent group, you may need to have your administrator either a) remove the subprogram from the patient or b) fix the parent program of the subprogram.
For example: Bells shows Program A (subprogram B), whereas CT|One does not show that the patient is enrolled in Program A (as noted on the Client Status form's program tab).
However, if CT|One shows the client mapped to subprogram B, Bells knows that the subprogram is associated with Program A and will show it that way.
How does my configuration in CT|One relate to the administrator setup in Bells?
This is a great question! Check out this graphic to help fill in the blanks.
