Bells Mobile App Release - 2.30.0 - 02/13/2025

Summary

  • Enhanced Bells Virtual Scribe to allow administrators to configure a patient as “Patient Refused Recording”. This will prevent recording sessions where the patient is present. Dictated session can still be completed for the patient. 
  • Assorted bug fixes. 

Bells Virtual Scribe

  • Enhanced Bells Virtual Scribe to allow administrators to configure a patient as “Patient Refused Recording” in the web. Bells Mobile has been updated to respect the new setting. The new configuration will prevent recording sessions for being started where the patient is present. Dictated sessions can still be completed for the patient.  

 

Patient Signatures

  • Corrected a visual bug in the Patient Signature display causing buttons to overlap on devices with smaller screens.

Summary

  • Enhanced Bells Session functionality to include the ability to go back to the session details from the final “Session Created Successfully” screen. This will allow session details to be reviewed or edited while in the session creation flow.
  • Assorted bug fixes.

  • Enhanced Bells Session functionality to include the ability to go back to the session details from the final “Session Created Successfully” screen. This will allow session details to be reviewed or edited while in the session creation flow. 

 

  • Corrected a bug in the Bells Virtual Scribe consent signature handling not showing the signature in the Web consent display.
  • Addressed a bug not showing the delete prompt to the user when deleting a session.

  • Updated Patient addresses in the Patient Details section to show all available addresses for the patient. 

 

  • Addressed a bug introduced with Mobile Patient Signatures unexpectedly locking down session details and applying the Mobile Signatures tag when a Virtual Scribe Consent signature was applied to the session.
