Scriptsure updated their software the evening of 4/22/21.  In that release, the following items pertaining to CT|One were included:

Enhancements

  1. Added Electronic Preferred Name (EPN) to be sent on all prescriptions that are initiated from ScriptSure as a New Prescription.
Refill requests and Change requests do not have any modification to drug names.

At the top of the Prescription Preview page you will see this as 'Also know as...' when the EPN is different than you see within the ScriptSure UI:

Additionally, on the drug history page you will see the EPN name within the information icon next to the medication:

  2. Changed the color of the remove favorite button to light blue
  3. Added a warning button to the slide-out for interactions and allergy alerts
  4. Added an alternatives button to the slide-out in the toolbar when there is an interaction alert
  5. Added the ability to enter a comment for a queued script that has been declined by the doctor
  6. Added a declined message in the messages page for declined queued scripts
  7. Added audit logging for different types of saved prescriptions (i.e. Queued, Saved)

  9. Upgraded the SureScripts directory version from 6.0 to 6.
