• New ClaimTrak Logo was added to Login window.

• The Staff Lookup Limits window, accessed via Maintenance > Lookup Limits > Staff Lookup Limits, was updated to visually associate the Active Only check box with the main grid.

• The Staff Lookup Limits and Client Lookup Limits windows were updated to include validation to ensure the Client and Staff fields are populated.

• The following reports (accessed via Reports > Process Reports > Core Clinical reports) were updated to fully display the diagnosis codes:

o Active Clients – Address
o Active Clients – Clinical
o Active Clients – Insurance
o Active Clients - Last Service
o Active Clients – Phone

• The vertical scroll bar in the goal information window, accessed via the ’?’ button on the core Progress Note was updated to function correctly.

• The Staff Select window used from the notify staff tab on the Status Update (accessed via an existing task) was updated to not delete the Staff to be notified when the window is saved.

• The display process for list box items in forms built using the Agency Form Builder was updated to display correctly.

• The tab order in the Phone Log window was updated.

• The vitals button in the Smart Template was updated to open a new ScoreTrak entry window instead of the historical vital window.

• The Smart Template Maintenance window received numerous updates to make it more User friendly.

• The feature to open the Diagnosis Update form from the Smart Template was updated to open the form correctly.

• The Surescript registration process was updated to handle multiple NPI records for an individual prescriber.

• The appearance field in the core Progress Note “Group Obs” was updated to display the correct value after a save. Previously upon save the note display reverted to the selection ‘other’, even though the correct value was saved and would display correctly when the note was reopened.

• The Active Client report was updated to handle a GAF score of NA as previously it only handled numerical values.

• Added a ‘Parameters Based Launch’ feature that initiates the state HIE website within ClaimTrak, passes the logged in Staffs website credentials, as well as the current (or most recently searched for) Clients information. HIE Lookup was added to the Client menu, as well as the keyboard shortcut of Alt+Shift+F10, and a new HIE icon on the icon bar.

o Added a non-user maintained flag named “HIEPortalGuarantorID”. 

ClaimTrak must set this, and will add the code of the HIE guarantor.

o An HIE guarantor (Billing > Maintenance > Guarantor) must exist with the correct code as designated by the HIE flag above.
o A guarantor PIN in the Staff Master for the HIE guarantor must exist. The value entered here will be passed to the browser as this Staff’s login ID for the website.
o If a Client was selected prior to using this feature, the Client is automatically looked up on the HIE website.
o If the above setup is not completed and the PBL HIE feature is initiated, the User will receive a message stating the feature is not enabled, contact Support.

• The process for adding meds in the RX module was updated to allow Users with the staff level Medication Permission of ‘Level 4 – Support – Add meds Only’, to add medications to the RX module.

• The Surescripts pharmacy update process was updated to ensure that all changes to phone numbers and addresses are updated in the library appropriately.

• The process for saving a new enrollment from the Client Chart window has been updated to correctly save the crisis registration when using the crisis checkbox.

• The CDA summary (Client > CDA summary) process was updated to work properly when no Client is selected. Previously the Document Type drop down was not populated if no Client was selected.
