Notifications Maintenance

INTRODUCTION

Notifications will automatically send reminders to clients through email, text (SMS) message or standard call with a recorded voice / computer generated voice script, which allows the client to be able to confirm or cancel the appointment with the press of a key on their phone (e.g. Press 1 to confirm or Press 2 to cancel).

This document is designed to explain how to use, setup, and maintain this module. See the user guide entitled, Notifications, for an explanation of how to use this module.

This Notification module has 2 maintenance sections:

Notification Types – Allows management of different notification types.

Notification Type Maintenance can be accessed from the File menu as follows: Maintenance > CT|One Alerts > Notifications
