To view the icons at the top of CT|One, simply look at the icon toolbar.

Selecting the My Presences menu and selecting Toggle Toolbar moves the icon toolbar to the side of the screen and displays the icon description.  If you would like to keep Toggle Toolbar on the left-hand side.  Click Save Toolbar Orientation.
