CT Tasks Workflow: Add Task to Chart

The ability to add the task to the client chart is controlled by agency configuration not all task categories will have the option available. A task category can also be configured to automatically be added to the client chart.

Click the Add to Chart on Complete button. This will check the Add to Client Chart when complete checkbox under the Client ID field and change the button to Do Not Add to Client Chart. When the status of the task is changed to “Complete” the task will be added to the client chart for the client associated with the task. To remove the check mark select the Do Not Add to Chart button.
