Referring, Ordering, and Supervising Provider loops 

The Procedure Code Maintenance has been updated to include additional fields to determine if the Referring, Ordering, and/or Supervising Provider loops should be generated in the 835 file. This can be set at either the Procedure Code or Guarantor Rate on the Procedure Code.

The Client Guarantor has been updated with the corresponding fields to capture the Referring Physician and Ordering Physician information for the Client. 

The Supervising Provider loop will pull from the Rendering Providers Supervisor that is listed on the Staff Master.

Procedure Code Modifier 

The Procedure Code Modifiers have been updated to increase the description field to hold the full federal code descriptions.

Clinical

Goal Progress Note & Performance Tracking Note  

The Goal Progress Note and Performance Tracking Note have been updated to pull Goals and Objectives that are effective as of the date of service. Previously, this would pull Goals and Objectives with future effective dates. 

F1 Search  

The F1 Search window has been updated to display the menu path of the selected window.

LOCUS Form Update  

The Core Level Of Care Utilization System form has been updated to with the verbiage from the 2016 form. 

Arizona AHCCCS Demographics 

The Arizona AHCCCS Demographic process has been updated to meet the 2/1 changes. This includes two (2) new data entry fields on the Arizona Demographics 2019 form that will also pull into the submission process. Per AHCCCS, this change will apply to all records submitted after the 2/1.
