Legacy Refill Alerts on Side Dock

We closed a route on the Side Dock that allowed legacy ePrescribe users to access legacy refill alerts even after migrating to Scriptsure.

Client Chart – Future Packet Dates

The Smart Template has been updated to include the "Verified" checkbox in the grids for Allergies and Medications. This feature was removed when migrating to the new ePrecribe tool (ScriptSure) and we have added it back.

Client Informational Alerts

The Client Informational alert process has been updated to ensure the notifications are presenting with the new ePrescribe process. This is specific to alerts configured to notify the user when accessing the Client Medication window or the Medication window.

Staff Groups – Remove Expired Groups from Staff

In an effort to help ensure Staff are only associated with active Staff Groups, the following updates have been released:

  • When expiring a Staff Group, the user will get a prompt when clicking Save that includes a list of Staff still associated with the Staff Group. If the user continues with the Save, the Staff Group will be removed from all Staff Master records it is still associated with.

  • The Staff Master records have also been updated to remove any Staff Group that has been previously expired.

Spring Release Notes

The Message Center has been updated with the Spring Release Notes.

SARP Progress Note

A new SARP Progress Note has been added to the system. This includes the following field information:

  • Subjective

  • Assessment

  • Response

  • Plan

State

Kansas – AIMS Worklog

The Kansas AIMS State Reporting process has been updated to ensure the Enrollment Work Log (accessed via Enrollment / Admission > Enrollment Work Log) displays the form edits accurately. Previously, some of the forms with edits that needed to be worked showed in the "Good" section. This window is used to help correct any data issues with the AIMS forms before running the AIMS Submission process.
