Progress Note – Supervisor Label 

The Progress Note has been updated to set the "Supervisor Signature" label on the Signatures sub-tab of the Note to the value in the flag "ProgNoteSupervisorSignatureLabel". Previously, this would only change the label on the printed Report.

Med Note Progress Note

The printed report for the Med Note Progress Note has been updated to correct some layout issues with overlapping text.

Smart Template – Auto Open Sub-Template

The Smart Template has been updated to open the sub-template tied to a Multi or Single Choice question when the option is selected. This is designed to proactively prompt the user that additional information needs to be captured based on the selected option. Please note, this will only automatically open on the first click on the response option. To re-open the sub-template, click the existing ^ Button to the right of the response bubble.

Smart Template – Clinical Form Questions

The feature to open a Clinical Form from a Smart Template has been optimized to now support adding a different Packet to the Client Chart based on the question configuration. This is configured on the Smart Template itself, when adding/editing a question there is a question type of "Clinical Form". Selecting this question type will now enable a Packet dropdown to select the Packet that will be added to the Client Chart when the form is completed from the Smart Template.
