Span Midnight Services

The Span Midnight Billing process has been updated to ensure a Note that is marked as "Spans Midnight" pulls into the charge batch:

• As one(1) line with dates of service starting on the Date of the Note and ending one(1) day after. This will create a claim with the same dates of service as expected based on the system configuration. Please reach out to your support representative for assistance with this configuration.

Authorization Reports – Add Program

The core Authorizations Report Active Clients and Authorizations Report Active Clients V2 reports have been updated to include a Program column on the printed report. This adds necessary information for some clients that might look to have duplicate Authorizations but are only showing multiple times due to the client being in multiple programs where the Authorization applies.

Phone Book Maintenance – Updated fields  

The Phone Book Maintenance has been updated to separate the "Specialty" and "Name" into different columns. This allows the user to sort the data in the grid by either option to find the contact more quickly.

Illinois – Benefit Package Maintenance 

The Benefits Package maintenance window has been deployed to the Illinois State menu.

Kansas – SUDS State Reporting 

The Kansas SUDS Reporting process has been updated to meet the latest 2/2022 spec changes from KDADS. Please reach out to your support representative for assistance with this configuration.
