Home Base – Note Review 

The Home Base > Note Review process has been optimized with the following changes:

• the process has been updated to ensure it is respecting the ability to Sign All as applicable.
  
  • Please note, this is controlled by the flag "ReviewNoteAllowOneSign" and needs to be set to True.

• the "Approve/Reject" buttons are now visible when double-clicking a note to review each note individually. Previously, these would not show when accessed from the Home Base window. 

Core “General Note with Smart Sigs”

The core "General Note with Smart Sigs" note page has been updated to be able to print multiple session times in the Time grid. Previously, this would overlap with the Diagnosis section on the printed form.

ScoreTrak Export Data Report 

The Export Data report option (accessed via the dropdown in the top right corner) on the ScoreTrak module has been updated to include the "Comments" and multi-option results from each question when exporting the data.

Core Active Clients – Address Report 

The core Active Clients - Address report has been updated to include the Guardian Address when exporting the data to excel.
