An additional tab will populate on the Session Information tab of the progress note if the client’s guarantor requires the name and address of the location for place of service 99. The Other POS tab will present when 99 – Other is selected in the Place of Service dropdown.

Open the Other POS tab and enter the Service Location Name, address and zip code. Upon entry of the zip code, the city and state will auto-populate.
