Signed Notes Report 

• Developed a new report for Signed Notes. This report will allow users to review and search for notes that have been signed in Bells. Refer to the User Guide for more information. 

Agenda

• Enhanced the Agenda start note functionality to no longer default the location based on the default logic in Bells for standard progress notes. Now, the agenda start note location will be blank since Bells cannot pull the location and location role combination from the appointment, this will prevent incorrect location defaulting. 
• Released the ability to start notes from appointments that include more than one user. 

Group Notes

• Updated group notes with the ability to delete individual notes as part of the group. 
• Updated the group session for the group note to be stuck at the top of the display instead of being able to scroll down and not see the header.
• Enhanced the group note to better indicate to the user when notes as part of the group are signed/unsigned. Refer to the User Guide for more information. 

Agenda

• Corrected a bug in the sync logic for appointments from CT|One to Bells. 

Organization Level Drop-Ins and Expansions

• Enhanced the Drop-In and Expansion functionality in Bells to include Organization Level (across all users) Drop-Ins and Expansions, admins can set up organization level drop-ins or expansions to be used by all users across the entire organization.  

Custom Note Sections

• Updated Custom Note Sections paragraph break question type to not use so many line breaks for the question type. This will cut down the white space between the questions/answers when using the paragraph question type. 
• Corrected an issue where the Group Key field was going to CT|One from Bells as null when CT|One group notes sets the Group Key field as zero, this will prevent issues with reports in CT|One. 

Group Notes

• Updated the default location for the cursor focus when starting a group note. 
• Enhanced the Group Topics display to no longer dynamically size as the user adds topics to the group. 

Agenda

• Updated the Start Note button display functionality to always show and guide the user through the next steps when the group is not yet configured with a note type in Bells. This functionality is similar when a standard note is started from the chart and a note type is not yet configured. 

Progress Notes

• Updated progress notes with the ability to complete a Cancelled status Note, regardless of session time, and not get the future session end time error. 

Group Notes

• Fixed Group Note display and functionality to not clear the Service Type field when a Service Location is set that is correctly configured to use the Service Type.

Progress Notes

• Corrected issue with Diagnosis section. The user can now select a diagnosis that was expired on the same day as the service. 

Custom Note Sections

• Corrected the Custom Note Section import to show paragraph break questions types as included in the import. 
• Fixed the Custom Note Section import search functionality to correctly display search results that fit the criteria. 

Organization Settings

• Updated verbiage on the Organization Setting display to be consistent with the rest of the application as well as user guide documentation. 

Group Notes

• Enhanced the Therapist drop down on the Group Note selection display to no longer include inactive users to be selected. 
• Renamed Group Sessions from CT|One to Group Topics in Bells to prevent confusion from Session Time details and sections as well as Sessions from Mobile. 

Group Notes

• Corrected a bug in the Group Note program selection when a user has expired programs included in the enrollment. 
• Corrected display bug on Group Notes for the Diagnosis section not properly displaying in preview. 
• Fixed bug causing the Reviewed check mark to disappear when switching between notes in the Group Note editor. 

Progress Notes

• Fixed a bug with voided note signatures not displaying correctly on notes in CT|One.
• Updated the left pane tabs within progress notes to include hover text indicating the purpose of each tab.
• Corrected bug with a diagnosis not being selectable when expired the same day as the note. 

Pinned Patient

• Corrected bug on the display of the pinned patients when the name for the patient is longer than the standard patient card width. This was also corrected on other displays in the application. 

Custom Note Sections

• Introducing Import functionality when creating new custom note sections. Refer to the User Guide for more details. 

Service Type

• Corrected bug on the Configure Service Type display causing duplicates to display. 

Custom Note Sections

• Corrected display bug so that when a Custom Note Section is assigned to a Note Type, the Custom Note Sections and the Note Type configuration display update appropriately. 

Group Notes

• Corrected bug so that when the group session information for an individual note is overridden and the note type of the group doesn't include the sesion time section, the session time section is not displayed. 

Progress Notes

• Corrected bug not properly warning the user to select a new diagnosis when the date/time of a note is changed that causes the diagnosis to no longer be effective. 

Clinical Recommendations 

• Updated the Clinical Recommendations display to include messaging to the user when an error saving occurs due to an uppercase entry for the rule.

Application 

• Fixed bug preventing proper filtering on display grids when the search functionality is used.  

Group Notes

• Updated when the user signs a single note as part of the group to no longer kick the user back to the previous screen 
• Added the ability to override the Service Type at the individual note level
• Added a program selection when the patient is enrolled in more than one program so the program can sync back properly to CT|One
• Enhanced the group summary lockdown functionality to be per show status 
• Added the ability to remove patients (established and ad-hoc added) from the group note prior to starting the note 

Progress Notes

• Corrected a bug in the date picker on the Session Information causing an issue for the Enrollment/Program auto-select functionality. 
• Fixed bug in the signature capture functionality for users who do not have a signature from CT|One. 
• Update made to correct an issue with the finalized date/time on signatures that displays in CT|One from Bells notes. 
• Updates were made to correct a variety of bugs identified in the minimize note functionality and the patient switch with notes open functionality. 

Clinical Recommendations

• Corrected a bug preventing the removal of added values in the Alternative field in the Clinical Recommendations configuration. 
• Fixed a bug preventing the user from going to the Filter tab of the rule display as part of Clinical Recommendations. 
• Updated wording for the search fields from "Type for more results" to "More results available, refine the search." to be consistent with the rest of the application. 

Group Notes

• Made a fix to the display of the program field and its spacing to other fields in the group note. 

Sidebar

• Corrected a display issue when the patient doesn't have an emergency contact relationship showing a 0 instead of no label or field in the sidebar display. 

Application 

• Corrected a variety of bugs identified around diagnosis sync from CT|One to Bells.  

Patient List

• Updated the toggle display on the patient list to align visually with the toggles on the User Management display. 

Clinical Recommendations 

• Enhanced the Clinical Recommendation Note Type filter to allow the user to filter down to a specific section of a note type instead of the original functionality of the entire note type.
• Updated Clinical Recommendations to allow administrators to exclude staff from clinical recommendation rules.

• Corrected sync issues between CT|One and Bells for appointment updates in CT|One reflecting appropriately in Bells.

Group Notes

• Fixed a bug in the sign note validation when a group note was marked as reviewed then note content was changed and the user could still sign the note. 

Scribbles

• Fixed bug in scribbles when a user tags a patient to an existing scribble to properly show the tag list.

Application

• Corrected time bug in notes for the note create time not matching the agency timezone.

• Updated Answer and Output fields to allow up to 300 characters.

• Enhanced the Radio button functionality to include an option for "Other" the same as is available in the Multi-Select question type. 
• Updated Custom Note Sections to include the Required settings for all question types that include answers.

• Fixed the button display on the appointment details in the right pane of the agenda when group notes are signed, to not update the button to Signed prior to all of the notes for the group being signed.

• Fixed bug when a service location is added to the group session information display causing the service type field to clear even though it is configured for the selected location. 

Patient List 

• Corrected bug in the Patient List no longer giving the user the ability to scroll the list or access the navigation at the bottom to access more patients or show more records in the list. 

Unsigned Notes Report

• Fixed a bug in the Unsigned Notes Report preventing supervisor staff from viewing their staff's unsigned notes. 

Clinical Recommendations

• Enhanced clinical recommendations to allow all uppercase without the user receiving recommendations.

• Corrected sync issues related to groups from CT|One to Bells. 
• Updated the preview display to include the sessions for groups.

• Enhanced the report to include visibility for Supervisors from CT|One to be able to see their supervisees' notes.

• Corrected bugs for the sign note validation when in bulk sign.

Text Formatting 

• Fixed bug in Text Formatting that was preventing the undoing of text formatting.

Scribbles

• Updated the attached image display of Scribbles in the left pane of the progress note to not overlap into the note when several images are attached.

• Updated Recovered Data pop up when conflicts with the Unsaved changes functionality occur. 

Patient Details

• Updated the side bar to include Emergency Contact details. 

Sign Note

• Enhanced the progress note validation when the note is signed to check the session time is before the sign date/time and display a warning if the note is attempted to be signed before the end of the session time.

Dashboard

• Updated the Recent Draft section of the Dashboard to include the a warning to the user when the note is over 36 hours old from Session start to note sign to match other places in the application where this warning was already added.

Notes to CT|One

• Updated the sync logic to remove the @ symbol for T@gs in notes when synced over to CT|One. The @ symbol will no longer appear in the note transcription or printout in CT|One. 

Spelling/Grammar

• Enhanced spelling/grammar recommendations to save you time that will filter out recommendations for words in all caps that were being ignored by the majority of users. 
• Improved the identification of proper names and so they are not mark them as a spelling/grammar recommendation. 

Service Location

• Corrected agency preference substitution bug for the label on the service location and the view all windows. 
• Fixed bug for the Service Location filter on the view all window from the start note screen. 

Grammar/Spelling Corrections 

• Updated the logic for the corrections when editing Expansions and Drop-Ins.

Progress Notes

• Enhanced the header of the note to include a timer to show Session Start Time to current time for the sign note goal.
• Updated the illustration prior to the user entering data for the Session Information on the start note screen, or when the selected Service Type does have any associated Note Types. 
• Added Bells Pane to the right side of the Progress Note to display the timeline of the session from start to sign, and the correction recommendations for spelling and grammar. Refer to the User Guide for more details.
