If you want to favorite or prioritize a scribble you can pin the scribble so it shows at the top of your scribble list. Clicking Pin in the 3 dot menu of options on the Scribble card lets you Pin the Scribble. 

Pinned scribbles are sorted first, followed by unpinned scribbles sorted by date. The pin/unpin option is available from the three-dot menu on each scribble card, which also consolidates the existing Share, Archive, and Delete/Leave actions.

Note: Shared Scribbles cannot be pinned. When a Scribble is shared that was pinned, the pin is removed.
