Ever started an individual progress note to realize Oh No! you need to include additional services?
Had to discard that note to start a new multi-service note?
Have no fear! We've resolved this obstacle!
Bells gives you the ability to an convert individual progress note to a multi-service progress note!
Within the progress note editor when on an individual progress note, in the bottom left corner is a three dot menu. In the menu the option to "Convert to multi-service note" is available. This menu option allows users to add additional services/sessions to an existing note without starting over. Once converted, the note behaves as a standard multi-service note.
Depending on configuration and how far into the progress note you are the menu option may be disabled:
- If the current note type is not configured for multi-service
- If a patient signature is already present.
