Drop-ins and Expansions are one of Bells' best time savers!

They allow users to insert or expand text when writing Scribbles and Progress Notes with ease.

Are you a Super Drop-in/Expansion user and create AMAZING ones to use? 

We've introduced the ability for Bells Administrators, Supervisors and Quality Assurance users to review user-level drop-ins and expansions to turn into organization-level drop-ins/expansions for the whole organization to use. 

Bells Administrators, Supervisors and Quality Assurance roles can review user drop-ins or expansions to determine whether they're appropriate for the organization and if so, copy them for use by the whole organization. A toggle is available at the top of the display to switch between Manage and Review. 

• The Manage view is the original drop-in/expansion displays.
• The Review view shows the user level drop-ins/expansions for the organization. 

Drop-ins/expansions in the display can also be exported.
