Scheduler – Staff Name Display 

The Scheduler has been updated to show the Staff Names in all upper case. Previously, in certain scenarios, the mixed case was causing display issues. 


Staff Progress Note Status Report – Report Key

The core "Staff Progress Note Status" report has been updated to include the Report Key in the header. The Report Key can be used to quickly lookup/reprocess a report using the same parameters.

Client Alerts – Creating Required Actions

The Client Alerts process has been updated to ensure the initial user that created the Client Alert receives a Required Action alert when the following occurs:

  1. The alert is configured with the "Alert me when remark is finalized" Pop-up terminate option checked.
  2. A Client Alert is marked as completed

Overlapping Hours Reports – Updated Descriptions

The descriptions for the "Overlapping Hours Report By Client" and "Overlapping Hours Report By Client and Staff" reports have been updated to more accurately reflect what each report shows

Appointment Maintenance

A new Appointments Maintenance window has been created to allow custom Session Length options for Appointments.
 - This maintenance can be accessed under the Core >Scheduler Maintenance > Appointments Maintenance.
 - You can add additional options to this list as needed for your agency by clicking the Add button.
 - Please note, editing an existing session length will change all historic appointments.

EPCS Client Allergy 

A new Client Allergy window (accessed via Client > Client Allergies) has been created to show all the client Allergies, including the allergies that are unable to sync to ScriptSure. 

** Please note, this is only accessible if your agency is utilizing the EPCS process.
