This report provides a visual representation of the client’s LOCUS scores over time.

Access: Reports > Core Clinical > Composite LOCUS Score.

Generate Report

1.     Enter the report parameters.

Client:  Choose the client from the drop down list. The drop down will only display those clients that have a completed LOCUS from in their chart. Type the client’s name or CT|One ID in the Client field to filter the list.

Start Date:  Enter the beginning date of the desired date range for the report.

End Date:  This date will default to the current date, enter a different date as needed.

2.     Click the View Report button.
