What kind of support can I expect with Bells? 

The Bells team prioritizes clients. 

Our goal is to have 0 client reported issues at any time. 

When an issue is reported to the Bells team, you will get a response the same-day the Bells team receives the issue. While issue severity can vary and impact resolution timelines, if the issue is a bug, our typical response time is to have a fix within the next release or same day depending on what was found. 

All client-reported feature requests go through a prioritization process.
